I had a horrible experience with the lady that runs this company. She belittles her employees. I was shocked that this was coming from some one who states to be making a Difference. I spoke with more than one of her employees about different situations and constant let go's or numerous quits and feels as if her leadership is questionable. I don't advise no business with this company.

Ableist receptionist took my friends phone call and pretended to be a CEO, laughed at her first. Asked unsolicited private questions and refused to pretend basic human decency to an overwhelmed caller trying to do community service. I would not recommend this location if you could find somewhere else for the disrespectful staff they keep alone.

I wish I had the option to rate 0 stars. Making a Difference hired me to clean one of their disgusting rental properties and then refused to pay me! They claim to make a difference in peoples life for the better, but my family had to go without food that day because I spent all day cleaning and couldnt even order a pizza, She should be ashamed of herself for scamming a single mother of 4 that takes odd jobs to provide and make a living week by week! Tempted to take her to small claims but we had no written contract so I blame myself for that one. And I am so sorry for the families that have to live in these properties with roaches and rats because you couldnt even pay me to live in their homes with my children. Ahndrea please make a difference today and pay your staff!!! I read other reviews how sick are you! What is really going on?
