The apartment itself is spacious and upgraded. Ive literally been here less than a week and my major disappointment and frustration is the music my neighbors play all night long. For example 1am the other day or 5am this morning. Im sure everyones experience may be different. I definitely dont want to work all day and come home to rest only to be unable to rest -_-

We realize this global issue is occurring in the Norfolk area and have partnered with the Norfolk police department to get a regular presence on our community to deter this behavior. It is the police's responsibility to patrol and react to any illegal behavior in the area. As an added preventive measure, we have our own security service that provides random patrols throughout our community. We also ask that our residents do their part, including not leaving anything of value in their vehicles and to report any suspicious activity they witness to the police promptly. Parking lot break ins all the time , dont move in unless they agree to finally put up cameras , my car has been broken into twice and I just witnessed this morning someone trying to open up my car door to see if it was unlocked while I was looking out of my apartment window , it was 630 in the morning . Car windows will be smashed if they want something enough in your car and they cant get in . License plates off of vehicles have been stolen , 3 that I know of . when i call to tell the office about this they just say thank you for letting us know. other than that the apartments are okay besides the fact of having to call for them to spray for insects.

I love this place the staff, Shannon and Roslyn, have been extremely friendly and helpful in every aspect of my move and any questions or concerns I' ve had. Maintenance has been great as well getting the job done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Woodmere Trace.

Love the apartment, I love how the management team works with you. I want to give a shout out to the maintenance crew; Anthony, has always been a professional and knowledgeable staff member. He has always taken care of anything I needed, and done so in a professional manner. Very reliable and a all around awesome person. Thank you again!

We are very much a pet friendly community, and recently added a large bark park for our canine residents enjoyment! I enjoyed my tenure at Woodmere Trace, however it is time for it to come to an end. The neighborhood was quiet, I didn't have any problems at all. I want more, I want a dog, however not one that suits me, I do not want a suitcase dog, I want a real dog. this is not why I give them a 3 star review. My first month in the apartment my hot water valve busted and it took a while to get fixed; 6 months later my neighbor above had their line burst in the laundry area above mine and it, once again leaked down all over my carpet. Both times, they dried my carpet but both times, I'll come out of pocket to get it cleaned. On the flip side, I haven't seen Ebony since I moved into the apartment, she was one of the key factors/reasons I accepted the apartment, her attitude was flawless toward me and she answered any question that I had. I also don't ask much of any place that I have ever stayed. Those who have there are ok, and have treated me with respect. If I weren't trying to leave Virginia, have a family, plus a pup, I'd probably would have renewed my lease.
