Terrible service. I agree with the posting of someone who said they took forever to load them up. They confused the heck out of me. Wow!!! All though there was one young guy who may have been in his early 20s; very nice and polite. His customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. I can not lie as I must live up to my representation of my God, JESUS!
