Sorry to hear you had an unprofessional experience. Unfortunately your items were illegally dumped if not placed in a garbage can or dumpster. These were items that we were unable to purchase and our shopping center does also fine us for trash left due to having to dispose of. Our policy is if items are left abandoned in shopping center we will no longer accept items. We communicate via text with all customers so apologies if you felt this was unprofessional.

I had a very unprofessional encounter with the staff at the Marconi location. They were very rude about me leaving free items for people next to a trash can near their establishment. A simple phone call could have fixed the problem easily but instead I received a very crude message saying to not bring my items back to sell? Lix and Rachel made this a thumbs down experience.

I cant believe they charged me for a toy that was labeled $4.50 and then charged me $8.50 that was stickered on the bottom of 1 the toys! All I was told is Sorry! Came in package of 4 cars... Then I almost purchased a dress that was ripped, so please check the clothes thoroughly! Never Again... Passing this on to other Social media !!!
