I seriously cannot say enough good about this firm! I have had the opportunity to use them on two occasions for two separate reasons. One was on a Medicaid/VA situation with my Mother and the second was establishing a Living Trust/POA package for my Husband and I. On both occasions we had complimentary initial consultations that were both professional and thorough. Both situations required a lot of detail and follow up on the firms part. We were quoted a price at the consultation. As things progressed they handled everything beautifully and in a timely manner. The price we were quoted was honored and we were never up charged for anything. Their follow through and dedication to us as clients was amazing! I have recommended them on many occasions and should we have any type of Elder Law needs in the future, I would not contact anyone but them! I whole heartedly say you are in amazing hands if you choose them.

My husband and I met with this firm to get an update on our wills, POAs, etc because it has been over 10 years since we had them done. We met with attorney Melissa B. (The initial visit is free by the way.) She is professional and very knowledgeable in anything dealing with seniors and protecting their assets. Also, I never felt pressured to use their services during this meeting. This truly was an informational meeting. We discussed what would be the best route for us to take - will vs a trust.She also discussed the importance of having a current financial and medical POA written up. Once we left the meeting I realized I forgot a key piece of information that could effect how our trust was written up. Melissa was more than happy to answer my questions (on more than one occasion) until we were both satisfied that all of my husband and my needs were addressed appropriately in the the trust they are writing up for us. I would recommend this firm to any senior who is seeking to protect his/her assets from probate and long term care. Mary S.
