Meh, they provide work. No sick time in Illinois. They seem to give you the bare minimum required by law, then take a hefty profit. Only use them if you have to, it's better than NOT working.

It looks like I've had a similar experience to others. I have been getting jobs sent me for the past year and have replied - often within minutes - with my cv and details. Not once have I ever heard back from them. I don't know if they're placing anyone in these roles but I'm not wasting any more time responding to the emails and just took myself off the list. Extremely unprofessional.
