I brought in some jackets on 12/3/2020 to have logos put on them. I called the first week of January to check the status of my order and was told they hadnt started it yet but would get right on it and have it ready the next week. I then received an email on 1/13/2021 letting me know the jackets couldnt be screen printed and needed to do embroidery which had a set up fee. I emailed back the approval for the additional cost. Today 1/22/2021 I called to check the status and was told that they didnt have a template for my logo which I replied that I had approved the cost of the template. I then asked to speak with Steve who informed me that he doesnt have time for small orders like this and large corporate accounts take priority. He also told me they had a minimum which I had never been told this previously and I would have ordered more stuff to meet the minimum or pay an additional fee if necessary. I run a business so I do understand the cost of doing business and can respect that. If I had known that their focus is on corporate jobs I would have been fine taking my business elsewhere. I have been a long time customer of Steve's T's and apparently that means nothing. I am headed there now to pick up my jackets and find another printer.
