So I went here for dinner with a group of about 8 and the service was terrible, it was kinda busy outside where we were seated so I understood but then I went inside and there was a bunch of servers standing around. The food was okay, I split the chicken friend steak with someone and the green beans were amazing but the mashed potatoes were gross and had zero flavor. Asked for salt and pepper from 3 different servers and never got any

Went to the location near Washington around 4pm on a Sunday, the outside bench area was literally empty but every table had reserved sign on it with no one there. Front hostess said there was no outdoor seating while Im looking at all of the empty reserved tables. How about serving customers who are actually there. We left because that was ridiculous, lost a customer here. Wont be going back to this location.

Took my girlfriend out to dinner here since the reviews seemed great. No one at the door to greet us, wait staff seemed absent minded, and our servers did not introduce themselves. Cooper Burger was a hit however the fries were cold. Server never came by to ask how we were doing and I had to ask several times for a refill on water. Will not be returning soon.
