I got my lashes done by Lacey I commented on how they were laying before I left and she told me I just have to shower and that would relax the glue (lied to my face). I continued to have problems and pain so I went to beautifeye and they had to remove most of her work because my lashes were glued together I had three real lashes glued to one fake Lash. So I cancelled my appointment for a lash fill and asked if I could use my discount for referring my friend on a nail fill. Lacey told me I did not have a discount so I wrote a review on facebook and she messaged me saying my friend never said I referred her even though I have messages from Lacey saying she did. I called and spoke to the owner about the pain, not honoring a discount and that the music she played was vulgar and sexually descriptive. She said nothing about the pain bust told me it is my fault for not asking her to change the music... "we put Pandora on and can't control what plays" she also said they can't hear the music while they work . I have Pandora and you can choose what plays. I said I felt more uncomfortable asking her to change it. I had asked for water before we started and she made me feel like I was an inconvenance. The owner also said she believed Lacey over my friend and I, and that it sounds like I'm not going to be happy no matter what she says. I would have been happy with her saying I will defiantly talk to her about her choice of music and I'll take a look at your messages and have her honor her discount if she did say your friend said you referred her.
