Hi Mark, This sounds frustrating for sure. We understand in some cases it can be complicated to transition from one POS & inventory management system to another. While that process may take some time, system speed and high-volume, multi-store capabilities are a high priority and point of pride for Cova. Fast performance is usually what our customers praise, especially those familiar with other systems. What youre experiencing is not common, but every store is unique, and some solutions may be specific to your workflows. Were confident whatever is interfering with full performance from your system can be resolved through troubleshooting and training. We have a truly great support team. Wed be happy to have them reach out to help, and ultimately show you why the switch to Cova was a great move.

Lets see.problems with Cova? Where do I start lol? No, I will try to stay professional and positive. But to say our transition from Flowhub (which I wasnt a huge fan of), to Cova has been painful and frustrating, would be an understatement. After working in the F&B industry for 25 years, and many different P.O.S. systems, I found it hard to believe that Flowhub was one of the best P.O.S. systems in the cannabis industry. Well... Cova is even worse, and Id be willing to bet that at least 95% of any employees that have used both would switch back to Flowhub tomorrow if we could. The only positive that Ive seen that Cova has that we didnt have before is the touch screen ability. Which unfortunately isnt very good/responsive with Cova terminal pads, and I imagine will only get worse with time. The biggest issue that Ive seen with Cova is that it is SLOW. From the point of check-in, to budtenders logging in, retrieving customers, scanning items, updating data, everything is slower. At our store, which is extremely busy, we need things to move quicker. The pads that the receptionists use are sometimes skipped because they are too time consuming when we have customers lining up. So those customers arent put into the Queue, which is almost useless compared to how Flowhubs queue worked. On Flowhub it would have the customers name, age, state the ID was issued, and time in the queue. You could also delete multiple people at once from the queue in Flowhub. The way you delete folks from the queue in Cova makes you feel like youre in some kind of Tinder nightmare, swiping left repeatedly. When you have hundreds of customers, it gets maddening. Being able to get people in the queue upon arrival, and then pulling them up at the point of sale, is important and it speeds up the transaction times. Bypassing the queue because it is so full (and there is no search option which Flowhub had), or because people arent being put in there by the receptionist, makes the budtenders job harder, and more time consuming, just to get to the point where you are actually ringing a customer up. This review was cut short b/c of lack of space. I could go on for pages. Bottom line is Cova is awful. The worst POS I've worked with. I laugh at the positive reviews b/c they must be working w/ a different system. We haven't experienced the same.
