Imprints offer a great quality and convenient service; orders are always on time and any printing I have had done has been perfect. However, recently I have just been ordering plain tees from Imprints since I wanted non-branded tees (i.e. not from a high-street shop) to print on myself. I could have gone online and ordered from somewhere else at cost price but I liked the convenience of dealing with people in a shop, receiving advice, rather than ordering blindly from an online catalogue. After several orders, my friend and I started being spoken to in a demeaning and disrespectful manner by one of the staff members (only one, the rest were friendly) who was asking questions as to why we were coming to him when not having any actual printing done, just ordering plain tees. Whilst I appreciate this might seem odd as they are a printing company, a friendly query would have sufficed and I do believe if we were a little older he would not have approached us in this way. This was not the first time he had been off with us either; I do not see the value in treating customers (for any reason) like this. Just to clarify, the service is great and most of the staff are friendly, however I personally had terrible customer service and will not be returning.

Small, back lane, upstairs premises offering superb customer care and products. Nev was outstanding in getting me what I wanted (despite numerous mind changes!), helping to finalise my logo, and getting it printed on a variety of garments, in an expeditious manner. Quality of stitching and printing is excellent, and fit is just right. Numerous styles and colours of clothing are catered for. I don't know how the price compares with others, but simply based on my initial conversation I wanted to use Imprints, and was very happy with the overall cost. Not sure what I will need embroidering in the future but they will be my first port of call. Overall, a very pleasing and fulfilling experience: well done, guys!
