Service guy that came out was great but trying to pay them turned into a nightmare. I do not send my card info thru email, had to send a check . You have to prepay . So it took a long time, delayed getting work done . This might be a reason I will look for a company that does not insist on prepay . The last guy we had for 15 years never did. He retired .

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on our service performed last fall. Were sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied. When it comes to trapping for squirrels, we do include seal up work as outlined in your agreement. Last fall we captured seven squirrels on your property and even performed an additional week of wildlife services at no charge, to ensure there were no additional animals. However, between now and then, we cannot control additional, new wildlife animals. With your recent new roof, the work that we performed last fall may have been modified allowing this to happen. As a previous customer, we offered you additional services to remedy this situation at a discounted rate. We apologize for any lack of communication.

Horrible service they dont care about your property will just come and do the least work possible and will not resolve the problem do not get service from here there is plenty of other good pest services around. I was told if I have problems they will come with no charge when I called they tried to charge me another $1200 to patch one hole that was supposed to get patched the first time, do not get fooled by them.

I have used this company since Spring 2014 and still have annual contracts with them. They are always nice and caring about your property and they have always done a great job ridding my house of unwanted insects coming in from the tiniest cracks in the basement. They always come during the timeframes they notify you of 1-2 weeks in advance for the scheduled maintenance. Their contract pricing is reasonable too. I recommend this company.

Weve used Thomas about 4 yrs ago with good results which is why we called on them again to take care of a mouse problem. Zack our tech called before arrival and was on time. Tech was pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. He got to work right away, cleaned up after himself and finished with an explanation as to what all he had done and what to expect in the future.
