About a month ago my husband and I went to Graphic Ink to have things made for his company t-shirts, sweatshirts,business cards ,and a PDF file. My husband emailed a copy of the logo to the receptionist Kristin the day we went in, the only changes that needed to be made to the logo were the colors because my husband wanted grey and black shirts/sweatshirts. Before leaving we were told it would be about seven to ten business days and we would have t-shirts. It took 3 emails and a few phone calls over a couple days before anyone called back to let us know what was going on and at this point it was friday and the week was gone. When we finally got a call back it took another few days for them to make the color change to the logo and, when we got it, it was not what we asked for!!! My husband told them what he wanted on the initial trip in to the store, so back to the drawing board, again now end of the week. A few more days passed ( we were pushing a bout 3 weeks by this point) and we finally get somewhere. Now that all is well with the logo we were promised shirts this week since they were so behind on our order, now its friday we still have no shirts or sweatshirts, a month later and we have NOTHING !!!!! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE and its BAD BUSINESS!!! I DO NOT recommend this company they are very unorganized and full of excuses!!!!

Went in to have 1500, t-shirts made, the girl was not friendly at all, zero customer service and tried to down sell me from a high end t shirt to a cheap t shirt. Did not ask what I was looking to do with the shirts or what I may need them for. I asked of the bat to see if I could have a sample made and she said no not at all. This is the reason alibaba is putting small mom and pop businesses out. Let it be known I never mentioned my order size first. It shows you how these companies work.
