I ordered 2 shirts on Dec. 8 thinking they would be to me in plenty of time for Christmas. It is now 12/17, I have paid in full and the order still shows "Unfulfilled". Looks like I will be making a last minute run to the store for 2 Christmas presents! When these shirts do finally leave the store I won't be needing them! ***UPDATE. I havent gotten my thing yet but I just ordered it last night and almost immediately I got a text and email because I made a typo and they wanted me to correct it. They couldve easily just sent it anyways because it was my fault and wouldve saved them time, but instead I got a text from a real employee (Lexie) with a real response that you could tell wasnt automatic. They wanted to make sure I meant to put what I did, and because they texted me I was able to make the correction on my customized sweatshirt and not have the wrong organization on there. When I told Lexie it was a typo she responded in the minute!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would, I never write reviews but I had to call and get wooden letters sent to me 3 times so far and the order is still not right. Either the letters were broken, not the right size or missing letters. It has been over 3 weeks and I still have not received the correct order. I am very disappointed I have payed so much money to not receive my order on time and now 2 weeks later still waiting on the letters I need.
