I had no experience in how to ship a car. I was so nervous. My mom was giving me a car but she lives in Florida. I was totally overwhelmed in how I was going to facilitate this. John was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He was always available by phone. He answered all my questions (even if some of them seemed stupid) and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I looked at many companies that wanted over $1000 which was not in my budget. Many of these companies are fraudulent. One even called me to say that Auto Care transport cancelled and hired them which was a total lie!!!!. It was very upsetting. John took control of the whole situation and made me feel at ease. Not only was this under $800 (going Florida to RI) but the customer service and overall experience was first rate! I would absolutely use this company in the future. A huge thumbs up! This company is amazing.

Edwin and Jonathan were just wonderful in helping me get my car shipped. I had been working with another company and was less than pleased with the way I was being talked to. But I bit my tongue because I wanted the car to get here timely. The day it was supposed to be picked up I received a call from the other company that the driver was MIA and they wanted another $200 for another driver they found. At this point I said thanks but no thanks and contacted other companies. Jonathan was so kind and patient over the phone, I felt that he was very respectful, so I decided to go with auto care transport. And I am so glad the universe guided me their way. Edwin and Jonathan were able to find a driver SAME DAY, which was truly a miracle considering it was a holiday weekend. The price was reasonable and everything went off without a hitch. I highly recommend this family owned business, they truly go above and beyond.
