I had a very disappointing experience at this store. After choosing an item from a 50% off rack, I proceeded to check out. Once I was handed my receipt, I realized that the item did not ring up as 50% off, so I simply asked the woman behind the counter for clarification (I intended on buying the item regardless, and I told her this). The woman was very dismissive, told me I was wrong, did not leave her position to check the sign, and was about to send me on my way. Another customer behind us overheard the conversation and proceeded to reassure the woman that the item was in fact 50% off because she could see the sign. In an unreasonably angry state, the woman behind the counter barrels over to where the sign is to check it, and sees that it is in fact 50% off. At this point, she returns to the counter in a fit of rage and bustles with her machine to give me change. Both my sister and I told her numerous times that she didn't need to worry about it and we were okay with having already paid full price. At one point, my little sister says "It's okay", and the woman cuts her off to snipe back, "clearly it's not", and proceeds to slam my cash change (which was wrong) on the counter. The other customer who helped us also asked the woman if she wanted her to remove the sign, to which the woman screamed back, "NO, JUST LEAVE IT". Please do not give this business your money. If you are looking for a great place to shop with amazing customer service, please walk just down the road to Mountain West Trading USA. Almost 2 years later - would just like to add, I have gone back in this store multiple times and I'm greeted by the same horrendous staff. This store is disgusting and does not belong in a happy town like Manitou. Also quite interesting how all the good reviews have the same last name or are Facebook friends with the owner. Cute, girl. Real cute. Don't support bullies like this.

I was very disappointed with my expert at twin bears today. I went to pay and the lady was so very rude. She grabbed my credit card as well as the reader away from me and belittled me for not understanding when exactly to place my card in the reader. As I was leaving she got into another altercation with the custom behind me over the price of an item. What terrible customer service. I am ashamed that I gave this person money and supported their terrible attitude. Please don't make the same mistake that I did.
