Thanks for stopping in, Michelle. I'm at a bit of a loss for how to respond to your comments. You seem unhappy, but I'm not sure about what exactly. Your server remembers your visit vividly because she talked with you about your trip to Fargo. She recalls offering you the option of a two-top at the front or a two-top in the back. The two-top you selected in back is actually our most-highly demanded table. Our regulars like it because it feels more intimate and they enjoy bantering with staff. After sitting, if you'd mentioned that it wasn't comfortable for you, we would have happily moved you to the two-top at the front. Our breakfast menu features mostly highly flavorful entrees -- chilaquiles, shakshuka, veg-head bowl, peanut butter and jelly crepes -- the breakfast pizza you mention is one of three items (bowl, pizza, wrap) on our menu where you have all of the control because you choose from over 24 different add-in ingredients (everything from chorizo to banana peppers). Your server remembers you choosing tomatoes and onions -- if that is accurate, I can understand why it might have seemed a little underwhelming. Jules' Bistro has been here on the corner for 16 years. We purchased it four years ago and have been systematically upgrading and renovating the facilities. We completed a half million dollar renovation of our kitchens during the pandemic. We have plans to rip out and replace the bar and bakery case, but we've had to put them on hold for now. The last 18 months of the pandemic have been pretty brutal for us and our industry. Taking care of our team is our number one priority. Once we achieve fiscal stability again, that bar/bakery case project will happen. In the meantime, food code requires that many of our bakery items be refrigerated. Since the current bakery case is not refrigerated, we store them in coolers underneath and behind the counter. The photos on our website and facebook page are images of our actual products and they were all available the day you were here. I'm sorry we didn't make that clear to you.

I was really excited to check this place out for breakfast on our way to Fargo because they have a nice website. When we walked in, about 1/3 of the place was full. We were directed to sit at a two-top in the back near the bathrooms, kitchen door and where the staff were wrapping to-go cutlery. Hmmmm. Coffee was great because its Dogwood. Breakfast pizza was good but not a lot of flavor. Based on the website I expected a variety of fresh baked goods but there were very few in the small display. They were defrosting scones on top of the coffee machine. Hmmmm. Our waitress was very nice.

Going home on a road trip, we stopped in st cloud for the nite and searched online for a place with healthy food. Jules Bistro did not disappoint. The brisket wrap was delicious as was the salad with feta and walnuts. We're planning on stopping there tomorrow for breakfast!

We had a wonderful graduation party for our son which Jule's Bistro catered and offered space at the Regency for the event. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful during the planning stages and the food was an incredible hit with our guests. Highly recommend this establishment which has become an iconic establishment in the Central Minnesota Area.
