Like most other Car Dealership Service Dept - Upselling is manditory and part of the process. most "service advisors" are paid in part at least if not in whole on commisson basis for work done.Often with services being recommended well beforeit's needed,or or unneeded work being done. I believe this has happened to me at Kia of Columbia. Buyer beware

I had to drive over 1.5 hours to go to this dealership. The staff at the parts counter was very rude. I was directed to another dealership to get a new key made, when I spoke to the other dealership they informed me that I should not have been told that, and that it was not the first time that that had happened. Staff are not concerned about customer service. Get 'em in and get 'em out ASAP send to be the practice here.

We purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride from Matt Croissant at Kia of Columbia earlier this year. Matt went above and beyond making sure that we had a great experience while purchasing our family vehicle, from answering our many questions and making sure all of our requests for customizations were met, to expediting delivery a month ahead of schedule! He even came in on his day off to complete the transaction, as he knew I had traveled from out of state to pick up the vehicle. Now THAT'S service! We would absolutely recommend Matt and Kia of Columbia to anyone looking to purchase or lease a Kia!

Love my Kia, do not like Kia of Columbia. Can't get a straight answer about anything, going to the service department is a waste of time. I went to get my headlights adjusted and Kia of Columbia did not fix my lights or even open the hood. A total WASTE of time
