This review is disingenuous. Just so people understand what happened, this man came in the morning and called a couple of hours later demanding to know why his computer wasnt ready and picked it up cause we hadnt started it yet even though it was going to be worked on that day. We are a business. What kind of people would we be if we dropped everything that came before hand to work on a new customers item? No one would appreciate that. If you took your car to a mechanic, they service your car after the rest of the queue has been serviced. Imagine if that mechanic stopped working on your car because someone elses came in. So to you Peter, I apologize that we did not cater to your VIP status. How silly of us. To everyone else, we have been known to do outstanding work so if you are in the market for a diligent and caring repair shop, we are your people. Edit- response to the response. The techs were doing work outside of the store. Hence the queue. We do onsite work as well. Thank you for the marketing. Please feel free to make an appointment if you need on-site work done!

Service is too slow. RESPONSE TO OWNER: To follow up with your remarks. I did not demand why my Laptop was not fixed ahead of others. However, I called 3 hours later and found out that no one had started working on the Laptop and no techs were in the store. I stated that I would pick it back up and placed a 1-star review on google. The owner then attempted to call me and figure out a way to remove my review, but when I found a repair store that offered to fix it faster, I ended up keeping my review. The event occurred: I dropped my Laptop somewhere between 11 - 12 am. Roughly 3 hours later, and not a single tech was available to work on anyone's tech (even though I was the only one in the store, the shelves were empty aside from my Laptop). Another store in the same day managed to diagnose and repair my Laptop within an hour, hence why I believe your service is slow compared to other repair stores. Now due to your disingenuous response, you are not only slow but unprofessional.

If you have apple products don't take them to the Apple store. MM Tech Doctor fixed my Macbook in less than a day. I was very pleased with them and they are super friendly. If I ever have any problems in the future with any of my devices I am going here first.
