Extremely rude staff. Its like if your not wearing a punk uniform, nobody will bother to help you. I have been here three times, and all three times I have walked in and never been greeted, asked if i need help, etc. This place sucks.

Previously I had went into empire skates and had an awesome experience with any and Carisa , and decided to return into the store , but I encountered this rude balled guy who be little my questions and wasnt helpful at all , I dont think you should have this kind of customer service around . Somebody please humble this guys down or fire him because it makes you guys look like trash . Please post Amy and carissas schedule on Instagram so I wont have to deal with him .

I made an online order and it got lost in the mail, I contacted the shop they attempted to fix it and there was another mix up. I emailed them and I finally got my order. They were so professional and courteous (might I add it was also christmas time) I love to support a Derby shop and I totally recommend this place. I'll use it again. -Chika Vroom
