HI Stacey, Im following up on your order for the Chop Chop Deathstrokez Murder Pants Guggi by Superplastic. Unfortunately, due to delay from Superplastic the Chop Chop arrived late to TTC. The expected ship date, that was stated in the product page was May - so we are essentially a week out from the expected date. Considering the state of shipping around the world and production delays, a week in my opinion isnt so bad. The Chop Chop Murder Pants has just landed at TTC UNIT 5 about an hour ago, and I will be working on packing orders this afternoon. I can refund your order, not a problem, but if you wish to receive your order please confirm and I will ensure that it goes out in the next batch of orders tomorrow. Apologies for the delay. This service completely unprofessional. He ignored everyone who asked for a specific time for a designer toy so instead my partner has been up all night staring at her phone waiting for you to release it, when he did release it the website, it broke so she never got a chance. A whole night sleep lost because he refused to give a specific time. He mentioned in a post he had a few people message so he knows about the messages but just refused to reply. (those people were friends of mine and neither got a reply, they got left on read)

The Toy Chronicle has to be my go to for designer toys the owner is always really nice and started stocking my favourite artists work after I asked about it since then he always gives me a heads up when he adds something new to the site. I've not shopped anywhere where the owner remembers what It is I'm after and takes time to talk to me and chat like we're friends. Definitely feel like a valued customer, couldn't recommend them more.
