This morning I have travelled over 2 hours to purchase a BMW from this Wales branch. The car had braking issues despite new discs and pads being fitted, I asked for a refund of my Initial deposit and this could not be done while Monday (No one at this site other than one person can issue a refund, appalling).On the journey back the branch manager rang me and had been out with a technician and indeed experienced the thudding noise while braking. I am extremely disappointed with My experience from BMW. At no point was I compensated or told they could rectify the faults and then deliver it to me for the inconvenience. I suspect this car will just be sold on to an unsuspecting customer. Reg is KXZ5206 AVOID and also use another BMW branch who appreciates you spending 20,000+ Regardless of price Id expect the basic of the mechanical safety to be right....

Bought a used car, broke down within 24 hours, turns out negotiates service was not applied or apprently just not recorded paid for diamondbrite and its not applied or even registered with diamondbrite. Dont waste your money go else where.

My wife has had BMW cars for many years and usually gets them maintained/servced at Southport. However I encouraged her to use warrington because we live in St Helens and were needing to be quite quick because of other commitments. We dropped her car off and went to the local shops. On our return to pick up the car, we noticed it was still wet and its usually valeted, not today. However the car appeared to have been rushed through. My wife noticed the one of the BMW dust caps she had sent away for was missing and on checking found all the others loose. She contacted BMW Warrington and was dismissed as it being her fault that the cap had gone missing. I have always bought Honda cars and I get treated really well by them. BMW say they are premier cars and second to none. I have tried to encourage wife to for a Mercedes as I they apparently have more respect for their client's.
