Only reason its getting two stars is because the food was not bad. It took me 45 minutes to finally get a glass of water (Ive never gotten my food before my beverage before lol). Waitress did not check on our table for once due to conversing with another waitress group.

Genuinely some of the worst customer service Ive ever encountered when placing a delivery order. Ive ordered from waitr on multiple occasions and 5 separate times this location will accept my delivery order that is placed 1 or more hours before they stop accepting orders, then never actually complete the order or notify a driver, wait around an hour for me to contact customer support, then tell waitr that theyve stopped accepting orders. Twice this has happened to me before their order window even closes. You need to fix your hours in the app or train your servers better to fix this. Its immensely frustrating. I dont like to complain but this happens so often Its absurd. I shouldnt have to waste $50 to be told youre closed, especially when i could still order pickup for another hour or so.
