DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE, INCOMPETENT STAFF!!! Staff (Wil, Service advisor) rude and incompetent. Doesnt return calls, nor text messages. Called the service department, and transferred three times to a voicemail. Left my car here for an ongoing complaint. Mind you, this is the second time Ive left the car here for the same issue. A total of eight days, and nothing was done to fix the issue. Please read the reviews, all true!!! Never trusting this dealer again.

OVER PROMISE UNDER DELIVER I bought a car at McKenna BMW, and when the car was delivered, they couldn't find the 2nd key to the car. I was promised to have the 2nd key reorder free of charge, but that didn't happen. A couple of months later, I came back asking about the key, and the manager told me I must pay to have the 2nd key reorder. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car here!!!
