BEWARE!!! Worst experience I have ever had with another small business! I brought 5 brand new Under Armour polos to them to embroider with my company logo. It was an extremely simple order, we requested our logo be embroidered in white on the front left breast of the polos. They completely screwed up the color of the embroidery. We requested white embroidery because our logo is dark and the polos are navy blue and grey. You could barely even see the logo and it looked horrible. Their response, Bring us some more shirts and well redo them. They could have cared less that they just ruined $250.00 worth of shirts, even though they admitted they clearly made the mistake. Ill never use them for anything and would suggest others steer clear as well. I own a small business and I know that when myself or my employees make a mistake I do whatever it takes to correct the situation. If I could have given zero stars I would have but thats not an option.
I really don't know how to feel about this place, honestly. Ordered 24 custom hats, and was told it would take 2 weeks. Came up on week four, and I just kept getting the run around about when the hats would be done. Every time I called they would tell me they only had 3 hats left, but the embroider was always working on some other order. Didn't really understand why my order kept getting pushed back for other orders. I drove an hour to pick the hats up only for them to tell me that my order wasn't ready after one lady had told me earlier that day to come before closing to pick them up. 2 days after that, they were finally ready. Although I am pleased with my order, the lack of communication is why I will not be using their services in the future.
I wish there were more stars to give this business and Kim!!!!! I was extra picky, but that made no difference to how Kim treated me. She made sure my order was perfect and i couldnt be more thankful! Thank you for giving my St. Patricks day a unique and one of kind style!!! Ill make sure to represent in New Orleans and let everyone know where to come get awesome shirts/service!!!!
