Utterly poor experience! Went there as a beginner looking for some information on the sport and what to buy, but had to wait well over an hour to be served and once served was given a lecture as if I were a child. The man that served me was very disrespectful and belittling. He showed no signs of wanting to help. He spent most the time telling me about my poor choices on where I took lessons and said I was stupid to choose the company that I did for lessons. He then later said if I want to find out anything I should just google it, its really easy to do these days, and Im sure you will be able to and as a result of this shocking experience I will never be returning to the shop. I have never left a bad review In my life but due to how appalled I was I feel it is necessary to let others know, to save them wasting their time.
Thanks again Reg and Dan. If you want the best service and quality products, look nowhere else. I have been a client for more than 10 years, bought many kites/boards and every single time they have been true professionals and very friendly.

Great gear, terrible customer service. The worst place for beginners. I was left feeling like i didn't even want to start the sport, after speaking to the dad and son about what kind of gear i should buy as a beginner. Spent over a grand expected better service and advice.
