Would not recommend. Had to wait over 2 weeks to receive a single embroidered baseball cap. Once product was ready, the quality of the stitching was good but the original design was altered without my consent.
First off. I know what it takes to run a business. Its hard, demanding.. especially in these times.. so Props given.. BUT you must be patience, plus show resilience. Compound with all of that great customer service. TO START OFF, The owner wasnt as thoughtful as I wanted him to be. I was shown more courtesy and customer service over the phone call then face-to-face. The owner took my order (knowing they were in the middle of transitioning which would later not benefit neither one of us). It was one sample. Just one! Thats it.. That was on the 8th (Saturday) he let me know they were in the middle of moving so Im looking at a 2 to 3 day turnaround. No problem I told him. By Tuesday my hat will be finished. I called Tuesday to find out my hat isnt finished... no big deal Im telling myself.. I know theyre moving. So he reminds me theyre moving! Which he constantly did which kind of slightly annoyed me..he tell me expect it to be done later on that week. Comes Friday I give them a call For an update he tells me it will be ready Saturday. Saturday around 5:30 / 6 oclock I head there to pick up my product. I get there, only to find out its still not finished. At this point I was slightly upset because Ive been told three different completion dates. Also, they open at 2 oclock I went down there at 5:30.. theyve had all day to call clients to let them know their product isnt done, so it was very inconvenient to me to drive all the way from Chandler down to Mill Avenue to be rejected. Once again, I was told a later date (Monday). I called Monday, its not finished. At this point hes offered to refund my money over three times ... so that makes me feel like he would rather give me my money back then to just deal with his client. So after trying to conduct a agreement I just agreed for a refund. Because he was showing me he did not care. He even told me I was tripping off of one hat.. wow. Just imagine if I would have brought all of my business to him if he cant handle one hat with open, honest and transparency what makes you think he can handle a full order? Tuesday I head down there for my refund. I told him clearly $67 is what I paid even pulled up my bank statement to prove it. He comes back from downstairs with $77. I counted as Im walking out of the building. Me being honest and A man a GOoD business I turn around to give him his $10 back. Soon as I come in hes looking at me like damn you again I told him you gave me $10 extra I gave him $20 back he took the $20 And tried to pound me up said see you later... I said sir you owe me $10 he got upset and said this is why I need to see what I gave you.. he couldnt look me up in the system so he had to take my word. Who gets upset because When receiving money back? Lol. I dont know. God knows I wanted this to be a good experience maybe it will be different for yourself. Give it a try
