Sign up and application check was simple. Trying to get through to a live person for customer service is a joke. Calls get disconnected, you'll sit on hold over 20 mins. I've tried to call numerous times on different days just to update my lease and no help.

Worst experience ever and it's not over! DO NOT give your money to this company it is a scam and you will NEVER get your money back. I paid almost $500 to apply for a home (holding fee and application fees. Right after I paid the site went down and I wasn't able to submit ANY documents needed for my application. I spent days with customer service trying to get it situated so we could apply and then the house rented to someone else. THEN I asked for all my money back SINCE I WAS NEVER ABLE TO EVEN APPLY and they said not only would they not give back my application fees (even though i was unable to apply due to the company site being down and them NOT holding the house even though there was a holding fee) but also them not refunding my holding fee! They said "technically they didnt decline me and technically i cancled my application cause I never finished it." Then after DAYS of calling I was told I would be getting the refund and now its been over a month and I call to check on it and the guy says he doesnt know what I'm talking about. I have called every day AND now I record every conversation so they can't tell me one thing and then changed their mind. STILL NO REFUND!! This is the Worst and I am filling a complaint as fraud. This place is a scam.
Progress Residential couldnt have been better! We were in our house for 3 years and like the company so much, we transferred to another one of their houses when it came time to get closer to our grandkids. They are very responsive and care about making sure we are comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend Progress to anyone looking for a high quality rental home.

Our experience has not been the best, we moved from out of state. All paperwork was done at the last minute. We did not get mailbox keys and have to pay to rekey ourselves and still do not have access to the community pool. It has been hard to get answers with anyone over the phone. We are still waiting for a call back. When your paying over 2100.00 a month in rent, you would think that they were a little more accommodating!
