The company I work for (firearms and defense training) has been using the AIM program from Tri-Tech pretty much since its inception. As our company grows, and industry needs change we realized that we wanted to do more. After talking to Josh in sales, he spent hours walking us through the newest version, it's capabilities, new features, and never once was pushy about an upgrade. When we decided to go ahead with the upgrade, we knew it was going to be a learning curve. The tech support team has been phenomenal. I have called more than once a day, or for the same thing five days apart. No question is too outrageous for them, and I always learn something. Since I am a visual learner, I request them to remote access (securely) my PC so they can walk me through the process and I can take notes. This has never once been an issue. Whether a quick three minute call, or a 60 minute (!!!) call, none of the support people I have talked to have ever been impatient or eager to end the call. They all seem to genuinely care. Also, there are so many recorded training videos! Step by step instruction on how to get through things, so if you're working at night and get stuck you can always get into them. I would absolutely recommend using Tri-Tech and AIM for your POS needs in the service industry!

We have been working with Tri-Tech since the 80's starting with their PFE DOS based system and now into their much more modern AimSi software. They continue to improve their product, integrations, and customer service. We are very pleased with how encompassing the software is and how they continue to try and make it so.
