OUR CHURCH WAS HAVING A 150TH ANNIVERSARY. WE WANTED A COOKBOOK MADE. WE USED GRAPHIC PLUS IN IOWA FALLS TO PRINT THE COOKBOOK. END RESULTS WERE A SINGLE SHEET OF PAPER FOR THE FRONT AND BACK COVER, MISTAKES IN RECIPES AFTER WE WERE TOLD WE COULD PROOF BEFORE FINAL PRINT (WE PROOFED IN THE BEGINNING BUT NOT THE END), AND WAS QUOTED $4 A BOOK PLUS TIME FOR BINDING. THE TOTAL COST WAS $7.78. THE OWNER REFUSED TO LET US COME IN AND DISCUSS OUR CONCERNS. HE SAID THEY WOULD BE TOO BUSY OR ON THE PHONE IF WE CAME IN. I SAY ZERO STARS BUT IT WON'T LET ME POST. It is now three weeks later and I am happy to report that Graphics Plus has put hard covers on the cookbooks, corrected our errors and reduced our bill. I have been asked to give them 5 stars by the owner but am not comfortable doing that because of the problems we had in the beginning. It was very upsetting to go through what happened three weeks ago. I am very thankful that our cookbooks are now acceptable. I sincerely hope the next customer doesn't have to go through the hassle we did and do thank the owner for finally correcting the situation.

I have worked with Scott in the past on many projects with Graphics Plus. He provides great service at a fair price and appears to have top of the line equipment for the posters that he printed for us in less than two days. I will definitely be working with him again as he is local versus driving 30-45 minutes to get the same service. Keep it up!

I worked directly with Graphics Plus on the order of these cookbooks. Upon receipt of the finished cookbooks we discovered they did not meet our expectations due to some misunderstanding and communication errors on both sides. These problems have been addressed by Graphics Plus and they worked with us to correct these issues. We are now completely satisfied with how Graphics Plus handled this situation. I would highly recommend anyone who has printing needs to contact them. No one is perfect but when circumstances arose they went above and beyond to make it right and deserve positive feedback for their efforts.
