Hello! We have responded via email, but wanted to make our correspondence public to answer any questions. Firstly, I'd like to address that we are a mens store so all of our sizing is in mens scale. We are trying to do more and more to offer a more cohesive unisex sizing model, but with the shoes we carry everything is always in mens sizing scale unless it is marked as W in the drop down, which we also note in description of any shoe that has that size offering. Secondly, as per our return policy, we do charge shipping for orders under $200 (your order total was $150 under that minimum) so you were charged $5.00 for the initial shipment. In full transparency, we paid USPS $11.56 for that shipping label and then another $11.56 for the return label you requested. In review, you were charged initial shipping at $5 and then $5 for the return label that was requested totaling $10 held from the refund, while we paid a total of $23.12. As per policy, with returned items we do not refund the shipping label cost or the return label cost when an item is returned for refund as opposed to credit or exchange. We are happy to to shoulder shipping cost wherever we can for our customers, but have to stick to policy on returned items. I am sorry if you werent happy with the results of this order, but we did follow policy as noted in our FAQ at every level, so our team did everything they could to provide the service as noted. I have refunded the difference on both sides so you have been completely reimbursed for your order, but if you have additional questions or need any help via our many customer service options, please let us know there and we will do everything we can to help!

I ordered a womens size 8 and received a size 10. I returned it within 48 hours but they still charged me 29% or the amount that they list on their website if you return some thing. I will never purchase from them again because it was not my error and I wanted to exchange for the correct size but they were out of stock. They should have credited me the full amount since they were out of stock anyway. Bad business model.
