In the past 4 months Ive had $8400.00 in repairs on a 2015 suburban, and I still owe 9 thousand on the vehicle. ( somethings wrong with this picture) my $2800.00 extended warranty was 600 miles over the limit so it serviced NO purpose. A transmission on a heavy duty truck shouldnt be SHOT at 5 years old. I was told there were 3 ahead of me with the same problem. Ive been the MOST LOYAL customer for MANY Years and my mind is changing. CHEVY is going down hill, No loaner car, no parts, Im stuck & no one cares. My whole summer vacation isnt happening, you see WE HAVE NO SUBURBAN. Its sitting & we are waiting, & waiting & waiting, not receiving any call-backs for updates. Our plans now, are to get to our destination by plane for a June 5 wedding, which I had to SEND THE GIFTS I PLAND TO BRING. Stay at summer place we rented, WITHOUT our boat. I dont want to think about this any more right now.
If I could give zero Stars I would. They over book appointments. 21/2 for an oil change. They won't listen to you when you know something's wrong with the vehicle that I drive and experience it every day there's always someone that's going to call you but you never hear from anyone about an appointment or an issue just bad business all around

Rob is relatively new to vehicle sales but is very customer oriented. If you ask Rob a question and he cannot answer it, he will find the answer for you. I have been very happy with their service their sales force is especially good the last vehicle that i purchase from then was the fourth one. The salesman that handle my transaction was especially nice very polite and courteous. He help me pair up my cell phone to the car and he explained all the functions of the car. Went there for an oil change. Maybe 4 to 5 customers in the service dept. Waited an hour and a half and my car was untouched. Do yourself a favor. Never go to their service department for anything unless you've got all day.
