Although it is difficult for me to identify who you are and the transaction you are complaining about I do know that I would have spent time with you trying various options as many times as you liked until you were sure you were happy with what you chose to purchase. I am also sure that I would not have been rude to you. If I suggested you persisted it is because bras stretch considerably and it can take some time to adjust. I have been fitting at Design Also for 14 years and the arrangement to take over when my boss retired dates back to well over a decade ago. I am sorry if you were unhappy with your purchase, I genuinely want customers to be happy with what they buy and the fitting advice I gave would have been with your interests at heart and it is also in the interests of Design Also to ensure the fittings are always to a good standard.

I did come back to complain they were too tight and YOU were NOT interested - becos you did not want to refund money, If YOU really CARED about customer COMFORT YOU would listen when a woman who has to wear a bra complains of PAIN - Madeleine YOU were NOT interested. BRAS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE PAINFUL - DIG IN AND MARK THE SKIN - DON'T YOU GET IT????? I REPEAT Awful customer service. To anyone go spend your money elsewhere Bravissimo, Rigby and Peller. Dreadful fittings. this ditzy airy fairy Madeline seized an opportunity to purchase the shop from the old owner b4 she retired. She has little knowledge and fitted me with bra that were so tight, I was in agony, and they were digging into me. I bought 4 at same time, thinking I was looking after myself, I went back to feedback and get customer service, and was told rudely that I had to persevere even though I was in agony and couldn't get through a day and marks all over my skin. My skin is now ruined with awful marks and bruises - this idiot should not be pretending to have knowledge - would she pass the Rigby and Peller test NO!! I went to Bravissimo who agreed they were too tight and bras should no cause pain and be painful and uncomfortable. Do NOT WASTE your MONEY with Madeleine - rubbish customer service, no interest in 'comfort' thinks 19thC bone corsetry when women fainted is the way to go!!! 160 down the drain.
Very bad customer service went in to the shop to ask to be measured was basically told that I couldn't be measured unless I was buying a bra. Very rude definitely won't be going back there again.
Design Also is an independent local small business offering a down to earth fitting service. I go out of my way to help genuine customers with good will, respectfully and as best I can, and whilst the shop is somewhat chaotic, the standards of fitting are high. It is unacceptable to treat shop keepers who are trying to help and mean well in an abusive and unpleasant manner and unfair to deliberately waste their time.

Awful Experience. I went to Design Also because I wanted a quality experience and was impressed by the reviews. I encountered Madeline who decided to make very inappropriate, unnecessary comments regarding my anatomy . Totally clueless in how to treat customers, no finesse , no courtesy, no kindness. I walked out and will not be returning.
