Chip, sorry to see your frustration - and we would have really appreciated the chance to talk with you about it before you left a review. In the future please always try and reach out to your account manager or [email protected]. We have tried to communicate with all our publishers both in Newsletters and notifications on our console. It unfortunately was an issue we had little control over and in the end cut ties with our previous payment processing company and had to write our platform to issue payments through a new company. Because we did know it causes a great deal of disruption to everyone, we did issue a 5% credit because of the delay. We did get everyone caught up on their payments last Friday and you should see full payment for anything that was delayed in your bank either on last Friday or at the latest tomorrow - the speed of that depends on your bank at that point.

Has been having issues paying their publishers for 2 months now. Unacceptable... We have turned off their ad network on all of our sites till they send us our back payments.
