Update : Court ruled in our favour June 21. Clients that send thank you emails for all the hard work and then lie on a review site to try and negotiate their outstanding debt should not be trusted. Quote from Kier Bates "Im happy to remove and you stop this behaviour with court?"

Be very careful when working with Rice Media. They fully admitted to doing no work in a month for us, who knows what they did in other months. Not very trustworthy at all, staff keep leaving which tells its own story.

I'm afraid I had a very hard time with this company. They start off very positive and you get a sense that you're working with high level professionals, but unfortunately quickly becomes quite apparent the quality of work is very poor. Currently in the process of taking them to small claims court to try and recoup some of the money wasted with this organisation. Taking anyone to small claims is a very big decision. But after giving them the opportunity to try and resolve the issues I have had including trying to communicate with Paul rice directly, who ignored all communications, I had no choice.

Hello Michael, just to clarify, we don't do '1 month trials' and it seems that we too had some issues that we never resolved. If your expectations were initially set too high (and the timescale you mention would seem to suggest so) then we need to accept that and apologise. Did a 1 month trial with this company to get a view of how they work. We agreed a goal at the start of the campaign, which they are not even close to meeting. Furthermore their has been absolutely no urgency to rectify this. Comms are very poor as well, take 4/5 days to get an email response. Very disappointing
