As a small family business we take ALL feedback very seriously and always try to ensure our customers are satisfied. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of service. I have looked into your order and your correspondence with us. A confirmation email was sent on 1st October at 21.12. The item was out of stock when you ordered it and came back into stock a few days later. This was dispatched to you on an urgent delivery via DPD. As you are in Southern Ireland this can take a longer than normal (a few days more) As we have already advised in our email correspondence the order has been held up with DPD in their warehouse in Ireland. This has been escalated with DPD and is out of our control (and is evident in the tracking info provided to you) we are working with our account manager at DPD to get this resolved ASAP. However it appears they have returned it to our warehouse and as the items are out of stock we have to wait until it arrives back to dispatch it via another courier. I do completely understand your frustration and can only apologise. We have already stated in our email correspondence earlier today that we will refund you the full Carriage costs and if you wish to cancel the order we will of course issue a full refund. I will contact you in the morning to discuss the matter with you.

1 review 7 years ago speak itself should check it myself before ordering from them. Trying to chase up an order more then a month ago now. First I had to email them about the item if it was dispatched or not which of course, was paid and no confirmation sent. Then after exchanging some mails suddenly the item not in stock have to wait for them to order it in. Finally the item was dispatched a good 3 weeks after ordering that, however now it was lost on the way to my address and the item was sent back to them. Customer services no use at all and I doubt they even have any items in stock. Good luck ordering from them.
