Do NOT order from this company. They are advertising and accepting payments for boards they do not have. My girlfriend ordered a touring paddle board and paddle from them (over a thousand dollars) that was supposed to ship, "same or next business day", and be here in a few days, and got an order confirmation email yesterday. Today they called and said that board is out of stock until AUGUST. She canceled her order, but because it was through PayPal the refund will take "7 to 10 business days", so basically two weeks before she can even try to start an order from a different company. Total bullshit all around. She is understandably very upset and disappointed. Oh, also, even after talking to the company by phone at least twice, the same paddle board she tried to order, that they do not have, STILL shows in stock at their website.
Do your homework before you shop here. I do not support what they have done with their in-house knock-off designs. Not an ethical approach to business.
These guys are really a class act; they are very knowledgeable and helpful with advice and tips that are relevant to what you're looking for as a paddle boarder, whether newbie or experienced. Big thank you to Jeff and Chad for setting me up with a killer board at outstanding price!
Not sure this place is still in business. No one answers the phone during posted open hours and no voicemail identifying the owners of the phone. If they are still in business no one would know. They are MIA
