I purchased a Subaru 2006; everything went very well. Until I went to pay my car payment and I mentioned to Gabriel that two lights were going on, I even took a first light picture. It was the airbag light. He took a little machine and said it was a sensor problem, and a few weeks later, the brake light went on. I mentioned it to him while I took payment in, and he said to bring the car in it needed brake pads I asked him if it was safe to drive, he said yes, no problem; unfortunately, I could not take the vehicle in that week because my Aunt passed away that week I texted him letting him know what happened. I told him I would take it in the week after the funeral. And that's when the nightmare happened. My mom and me, who are 84 years old, were backing out of the parking space. The car was in reverse, and I was already out of the parking space in the future. Ithe gas pedal to go ahead and, of course, go forward, and as I stepped on the brake to stop, I had no breaks this happened at the cemetery, and I pulled up the emergency brake and was not stepping on the gas the car went in circles, and the steering wheel was going crazy. The vehicle would not stop the witnesses that saw what was happening all said it seemed like the car had a mind of Its ly concern was for my mom and her well being, and I have to thank God we didn't hit any other cars or the people that were leaving the funeral. The vehicle hit a break wall and landed between two trees. I was shocked by what had just happened, and all of the witnesses came running to the car to make sure we were not hurt. My concern was for my 84-year-old mother to make sure she was not injured. As soon as I gathered myself together but still in shock, the Cemetery manager came to me and could see that I was shaken up by what had just happened. I had Gabriel's phone number and told him what had just happened, and he did not show any concern. He said he would send a tow truck to pick it up and take it to his shop. He told me that I would have to pay 178.00 dollars for the tow. Meanwhile, my cousin had already called a tow company. They could hear me talking to Gabriel, and if it was not for the integrity of the tow driver, he told me that is why I have insurance that I did not have to pay them any tow money, and they would tow It to their tow yard, and I could give the insurance all of the information. If it were not for the integrity of the towing service, I would have paid 178.00 dollars. And my cousins waited with me while they took my mother to my cousin's house. And I had never been in a car accident or had a car with no brakes. They kindly waited for me while a police officer was making her report. They wanted to make sure that I was okay. Aside from being in shock, my right hand got caught up in the steering wheel, and my back was significantly soared. About an hour later, I received a phone call from Gabriel, who rudely told me that he called me four times and I didn't answer he was more concerned about where I had the car towed. And was not at all concerned with if anyone was hurt. Or how I was doing. And I have never received a phone call from him till this very day. To see how I was doing? I would never recommend anyone buy a car from him; please see pictures of the wall and the car landed between two trees. I just thank God my mother was not hurt; just a bit shook by the ordeal. The insurance company claimed it as a complete loss. My cell phone was destroyed entirely the glass shattered. It was only a material item, but it was much needed.
