Team was not helpful at all! Ended up never returning my phone call, even after speaking with one of the associates, emailing them the details of our order, AND mentioning that he would start processing the design. My school organization needed tshirts printed soon. I called almost 2 weeks ago and was told that I would get a quote and approval of design so we could proceed with the order. I even called back, left a message with someone, and still received no email or phone call to proceed with the order. Sadly, we had to move on with another printing company and wasted time as we we're trying to purchase our tshirts through Captain Jerry's. If you all weren't able to proceed with our order, or got caught up or something, it would have been nice to know. Thanks for wasting our time!

I was very pleased with the way Capt. Jerry's handled my orders. I worked with them to get some printing done for my hooded sweatshirts. The quality of work was superb and the hoodies themselves were very comfortable. I would recommend anyone in the metropolitan areagive them a try. The owner Andy Millman was also very personable, even though it was a business transaction I felt like we were working together. Wish I could give more stars!! Kudos
