Sorry your displeased with your order. You did however approve ever order you've placed. We corrected ever mistake you've deemed inaccurate and jumped through ever hoop for you. We took extra steps this time around and took actual photos of the ink on a shirt and you approved. We really could not do anything else to assure your order was 100% correct. Our company had about 5 separate orders with this business and they messed almost every one. I should have listened to another friend who stopped using this same business, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. They had to redo multiple orders. On a few of our orders it took a month or more to complete, and none of the orders consisted of more than 10 or more shirts/hats. The tipping point was when the owner CONFIRMED our biggest order (50 shirts) was going to have a certain type of ink and when I picked them up they had another ink. He even defended his position after blatantly lying to me over email! Do not use this business. They will disappoint you greatly.
