Likely the worst company in the propane delivery business in the Jacksonville, FL area. Incorrect and duplicative billing, lack of clarity / honesty and overall poor client service are the hallmarks of this Company. If you are investigating delivery of propoane for a residential loaction, you are best served by going elsewhere.

Public Safety : A Close Call in Mandarin. A very aggressive, careless and grossly negligent Griffis truck driver, almost hit me, while I was properly walking in a marked pedestrian crosswalk. This occurred during daylight. In fact, it was about 5:15pm, when the driver negligently drove through the crosswalk.And although this happened about two weeks ago, during which time, I notified Mr. Griffis; I am yet to get his response. Therefore, I have concluded that he is not interested in the public safety risks, caused by his careless truck driver. This is also very poor community relations and corporate citizenship. We had an issue with a tankless water heater. First contact was made to a plumber who determined the problem to be a gas flow problem. This resulted in a call to Griffis Gas, our supplier. Reno (sp) was dispatched to troubleshoot the problem. He asked quite a few questions, even contacted tech support of the company who made the unit to get to the root cause. Problem was a lizard had become trapped in the fan motor making it inoperable. Lizard was removed and the unit works fine now. Reno displayed a great attitude while having to work in the rain. He was determined to solve the issue and did! A huge shout out to this valuable employee! Thanks Reno! Job well done!

Terrible customer service. I replied to the customer sales email last week and no reply. I called yesterday and was told someone (manager) would call me back. No return phone call. I guess they have enough business without my business.
