If I could rate 0 stars I would. The quality of the embroidery is awful. The F has a hook on it there was string hanging everywhere. The whole thing is embarrassing. Thank goodness I didnt order my 40 hats from them! And the man I spoke to had the audacity to say its my husbands fault like no your the one thats sewing the hat! My husband didnt make this he just brought the design and paid for it. Terrible customer service dont recommend

Sammi is a deranged fool, for starters I came in on the 3rd not the 4th, you bragged continuously how you turn around small orders in 24 hours, never once did I ask for fast service, never once did I tell you another vendor took 30 days either. You specifically said you come tomorrow and I will have one hat and one shirt done and if you like it we make the rest and you pick up the next day. I came, you did not have one hat and one shirt ready, but I approved the colors of logo. The girl at desk said you come tomorrow after 4pm and your order will be ready. I came today 3 days later and you not only did not have my order ready, you had not even started on it. You asked me to come yesterday to pick up my order, I came today. What is upsetting is that you have no regard for your customers time, no phone call to explain you were not ready, just excuses. You call me this morning and tell me then my order will be ready in one hour and then delivered to my house yet when I came home late this afternoon as I expected no order. Then you call me at 5pm to let me know in 2 hours my order will be delivered to my house...luckily I didnt hold my breathe. Then when you discover my raving previous poor review, you call me and use obscenities and tell me Im sick. No sir YOU are sick, you are a perpetual lying con. Fortunately many others think the same. Good riddance

For very professional work and great quality materials, my church only chooses Samy's Embroidery Club as the vendor. They processed a large quantity of shirts and had them completed before our 26th church anniversary celebration which just happens to be during the Easter season (very busy time of the year). They took their time to ensure every personalized name on the shirts were spelled correctly. They really care about the quality of work that they do! Our church was so impressed by their craftsmanship that we will use them for our 2019 Women's Conference as well. They worked on a print screen sample and printed a conference t-shirt sample to check for our approval. Everything was done to our specifications. We have nothing but high accolades for Sammi and his team. They are very humble and patient with their customers even if the customers are rude and impatient. I have watched them interact with others when I was there. Our church is truly blessed by having them process our church orders and we thank God that we have them here locally in San Antonio.
