Joanne, I am sorry you had a bad experience at Wells Fargo last week. We had a contractor deviate from their schedule without notifying us prior to tearing up the parking lot and therefore we were not able to notify the nearby businesses. The work does includes much needed parking lot upgrades that hopefully will improve customer experiences in the future. So please bear with us through construction. I bank at the Wells Fargo on 48th and Leighton Ave in Lincoln, NE and the construction project there is reckless. Throwing rocks and gravel into the bank parking lot and these owners do not notify business of upcoming hazards. Just this morning, they closed an entrance to the bank that a lot of customers use and is disrupting business without proper notification. Multiple patrons have complained of vehicular damage due to the 3-7 inch rocks that are thrown into the surrounding business parking lots that are not cleared for months! These guys are criminal!

I have tried to resolve my issue at the local level but was shot down by a disrespectful manager so decided to email the corporate office with still no reply. After I did a little searching to see if I could find out more info I found this on their website under customer care - SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Customer experience is at the heart of everything we do; customers drive our decisions, and taking exceptional care of them is of paramount importance to us. This is definitely NOT the case when it comes to Rocket Car Wash. Who in their right mind decides to take their vehicle to be washed and your mirror is torn off by their equipment only to find out they denied my claim to fix. It was a nice gesture for them to send out free card wash when they first came to town earlier this year. I was reluctant because I have been a member with Jet Splash since 2015 and perfectly happy and never had an issue with any of my vehicles. After they review the video of their machine tearing off my mirror they decided not to cover the damage because they have a mobile sign as to pull in to pay stating what they dont cover. Why do you even have cameras if you dont cover legitimate damage caused by your machine??? It would be different if I drove something that had peeling paint, dented, loose molding etc. but I keep my vehicles in excellent working condition. A $23 value turned into a $400 mirror - DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH Mr. Danny White, if happen to see this call me.
