Went in looking for good running shoes for bootcamp, wanted honesty from the woman working there and got none. Pushed their $150+ running shoes on me the entire time and would not listen to the issues we have had in the past with running shoes. Told us the lifespan of the shoe was 1-3 months max no matter how much you spend. Seemed to think we were stupid for asking if there was a warranty on their pricey shoes. Very pushy and rude woman just wanting to make a sale. She said the chance of their shoes having a defect and falling apart were the same chance of an airplane crashing. Just thought that was pretty rude considering we have had issues with pricey shoes in the past. Will not be returning.

WILL NOT BE BACK!! Was told to wait and then watched people behind us get served and when we shared our frustration they acted surprised. Did not feel welcomed. Spent $300 there once before to buy boots for wife and wanted to get inserts. Thanks to the guy who blew us off and the girl that knew we were waiting but assisted the family that came in 2-3 minutes after we did, we will never be back!!!!!

Bought these at Madison Westowne store 2-6-2020 with many promises of quality and durability in this Jasper model - perfect for my 3-4 days a week one-hour hikes in wet weather and dry, I was told. Dri-Walk waterproofing just as good as Gore-tex, I was told. A week or two ago, 17 months into using them, my feet were wet from morning dew and then after another walk, the morning after a rain. But it wasn't the waterproofing. Today I looked at my shoes when I felt my toes getting moist walking in a prairie - the body of the shoe had TORN AWAY from the rubber sole!! These shoes are about $40 -50 less than Lowa and Ecco brand shoes I have bought in the past - but I will spend more from now on to get shoes I can count on. Jaspers - never again!
