Sorry about this. Our receptionist in the neighboring office was having to run things at the store in our absence. You are correct about the lack of knowledge. She's actually very sweet though, but kind of shy and soft-spoken which could easily be misinterpreted. In today's business environment, we're lucky to have a warm body that knows how to run a register! Great selection and some of the lowest prices I've seen in Kansas City. They also let you try a sample before you buy. They have THC free products as well that work great.
