Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with this company. Long story short, the coloration of the shirt was extremely off (nothing like the file submitted). The owner indicated because we needed the job quickly that we got what we got. It was never indicated to us that due to the rush order that the actual design would come out poorly. The owner then agreed to give us a portion of our money back. We ordered in February and still have not received our money back. We had to contact him MULTIPLE times regarding our displeasure with the order. He indicated that he was a man of integrity and would return the money. It's September and we still haven't received our money.

this young man and his partner contracted me to print on shirts he provided. We agreed on a price and he provided the files necessary for print. His files were not correct, but I was happy to crop, improve and resize them for print. It was a complicated order and involved different color shirts, 6 different image combinations and some one and two location prints. Jake tried, but was unable to provide me clear direction on the order and his confusion and inability to communicate resulted in some unnecessary wasted time. I heard everything he said and asked him to write down the details of his order. He did, but it was still insufficient and lacked necessary information. We cleared things up and I made some test prints of each design. Prints were excellent. They were approved and a delivery date was set. I began to print his order when he called and said he changed his mind and now wanted to cancel the order because he just realized he lived far away and had decided to screen print them. I informed him that his design with so many colors could not be screen printed and he should allow me to complete the order. I'm sorry if Jake feels that was an attempt to "manipulate" him. I guess the personal attack was when I suggested that since he was a graphic arts student, his graphic files should have been better prepared. I charged my regular price for the nine shirts I had printed and a 10% cancellation fee and immediately refunded the balance. I felt a $60 fee for the several hours I spent correcting and preparing his now canceled order was appropriate . Please refer to the many other reviews here from customers who had a very different experience

Easily the worst experience I've ever had with any "business man" in my entire life. Jim did not listen to a single thing I said during the entire process I tried to work with him. He ended up blaming me for any issues that came up and when I asked to cancel my order, he attempted to manipulate me into staying with him. I declined and he began to personally attack me. He decided to add on a "waste of my time" fee worth 10% of my total that I had paid him. He essentially stole $200 from me. I would not recommend anyone to go to him, HE WILL NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING YOU SAY. You can read the email I attached for evidence.

Mr. Britt's review largely a work of fiction,but I understand the need to exaggerate when leaving a bad review.I am sorry he is not pleased with his order. I refunded him on all the hoodies he was not happy with. He was extremely particular, and that's OK , many people are and it's seldom a problem. DTG printing works best on cotton.I advised him at the beginning against using his choice of a blended fabric hoodie and suggested we use a cotton Hanes for best results .He declined. Print image was still fine. He approved a test print and his initial complaint was not of the image quality. Please refer to the many customer reviews here who had a very different experience

Definitely would not recommended this guy to anyone. Well over half of my prints were stained with pretreat from one of his sprayers which he later admitted he knew was broken. He told me that he would take them back and wash them. (Which shouldnt be part of the process) When I returned to pick them up, he had marked on nearly all of my black hoodies with black sharpie in order to cover up the stains he made. Once I showed him that I knew what he had done, he only got more ornery and hard to work with. His shop is in his basement and is poorly lit with no control over humidity. Most all of my prints were stained and the rest were sloppily printed. It basically looked like a box of factory seconds. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
