I should have listened to the Google reviews. Small small small spaces, do not bring a 40 footer to this place. They will tell you that oh yea it fits over the phone, guess what, it doesnt! I arrived on Sunday, they left no instructions, no code to get in through the gates, nothing!!! YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN! And they put me on a tiny lot that its impossible to get in or out unless u have 30 foot trailer. Let along no room to park your truck! When I complained about all of it on Monday, I was completely dismissed and was reminded that I was a guest here. WOW - never coming back to this garbage dump of a trailer park. Whoever the owner is here, you need to have a serious talk to your office workers the only helpful person here was the groundskeeper that lives on the premises. The office staff is rude, condescending, and not helpful whatsoever.

Decent RV park with hookups and shower house. Restaurants and grocery within walking distance. It's a bit of a climb down to the beach. Short drive to San Francisco.

A parking lot on the ocean. It was clean. Dog poo bags available everywhere but lazy rich people couldn't clean up after their dogs. I cleaned up after the same dogs the whole time I was there. Nicholas was a very nice guy!!!

Resort? Maybe not so much. Lots of full-timers, busy with skill saws & planers making lots of noise. We wouldnt have been able to open our slide in the 1st site we were assigned as it was too narrow & our trailer is only 24. The pics posted below represent the 2nd site we accepted. Id say it felt more like an RV storage lot that you could spend the night in. Its about .5 mile walk to the beach. People were nice though & tried to accommodate. I wouldnt recommend staying there for a vacation. If you just need a night to park, thats different.
