Shaun is absolutely wonderful. First I had him embroider my grandson's initials on his sports duffle. He brought the finished bag to me at my home! That turned out so well that I decided to have him embroider lettering on my son's sweatshirt and my husbands sweatshirt.... but that was after I had already had an online service do one for my grandson. In the photo, you can clearly see the lettering on the two that Shaun did - the one on the left and middle. The other one isn't nearly as good. And again he brought the finished sweatshirts to me. Oh, did I mention that he did all this and got them to me before Christmas! I'll never use anyone else. Thanks Shaun!

I am going to break down my review in 2 parts: Service and Quality 1. Service: Shaun Knowlton and family knows what he is doing. His communication is top notch; on top of that, I dropped by and even though he is extremely busy, he took the time to figure out what I wanted. He gave me reasonable lead times on what to expect and contacted me when my order was ready. In addition, with some many companies out there to put my brand on, he was able to provide me with details about garments and or show me examples of their constructions, as it relates to softness and durability of the garment. I ordered a jacket, provided two of my own, and ordered polo shirts, and hats to be embroidered. I am a remodeling company and just starting out. I want my brand to be quality and to be detailed so the public can see what type of services I provide. Moving on to quality 2. Quality: All I can say is my image was transcribed perfectly to my garments and hats. I have had multiple compliments on apparel due to the quality of stitching and placement of my logos. The prices are awesome and I couldn't be happier. With Brands and Logos and the Service and Quality they provide, it is no wonder why Shaun is so good at what he does. I have found my embroidery and will definitely be ordering my screen printing through this wonderful company again. Another great piece for me is that Brands and Logos is about a mile from my house which is a plus. My first experience was awesome, my clothing came out wonderfully, as you will see from my pictures. Lastly, there is a lot of promotional products Shaun can print on. I am in the works of ordering some pint glasses and Thank you cards for clients after completing work as a sign of gratitude.
