I bought an x7 in October last year, I did the test drive of the car in the morning, so far everything seemed fine, I went back and closed the deal, in the afternoon when I went to receive the car, they already delivered the car to me with a problem, the car was showing a message "Emergency call system malfunction" . At that moment, it already made me doubt if the car was already defective, but the salesman informed me that no, that it was the computer that was passed and I would need to go back to change the windshield when the item was in stock, because it was in backorder. Leave the store sad and not believing 100% of what was told, It's not normal to buy a car of almost $80K dollars and leave the store with it defective. A few days passed, I went back and changed the windshield, and I was without a car for 2 days. Approximately 4 weeks after, the same message appeared, "emergency system malfunction". this time I waited for the oil change day to take the car and solve everything, I left the car on April 18th, they informed that the car had an emergency communication part that should be changed and the part would be in back order, and the car it will only be released after the part arrives, today we are on May 18th, the car has not been released, and I wonder if they have already sold me the car with this defect. Anyway.... I do not trust and do not recommend this dealer.
