I used to come to this place only when it was time for product. Over time I have grown to appriciate other places. Every glass piece I've purchased from here has broken, and not because I've dropped it. Staff is great depending on who you deal with. Emily is awesome. Mainly stopped coming here because of staff interaction, and high prices even after Med discount. Small rotating selection but not a place to go if you want rotating selection. This is a great place if you want the same product and you are ok with paying that price. Not many deals, and the deals they have are not that compared to others in the area. I also feel that their merch selectuon is getting better but still lacks. Same with their edible game. I agree with other reviews in saying that depending on who you get, it's like pulling a tooth to get any information about a product. ME: have you had the gsc? What do you think about it? How much thc is in this strain? THEM: its good. They are very select in their choices. Maybe a place for you, but not for me. Prefer others in the area that have better deals, merch, product selction, and more.

Too expensive. 12$ for a 1/2 g pre roll You can go down the road to curaleaf and get a gram pre roll with flower that is just as good for the same price.

We do understand the frustration when not reaching a dispensary rep on the phone when dialing in. Sometimes there is a queue to get through to the next available dispensary person. A friend recommended Wellness Connection when we moved to the area so I checked out the South Portland location. They recommended the one on the Peninsula but this location is easier to get to for me. My experience so far hasnt been positive with this location. They are slow to process online pre-orders and dont ever seem to answer their phone. I have to call several times in a row to get an answer to pick up or check on my order. I guess Ill keep looking for a different dispensary, as this location isnt necessarily great to get to either and its frustrating to try and pick up an order only for the staff to not answer their phone.
